There are two methods to schedule an appointment.
You can register for the Optimantra Patient Portal first. Then, you can view the practitioner’s schedule and make, change, or cancel an appointment. Click on the “Optimantra Patient Portal” Button or click here and you will be redirected to the Portal.
The second method is clicking on Scheduling An Appointment Page, which will redirect you to the Scheduling Page. From there, you can make an appointment whether you are a new or current patient!
After scheduling, you will receive an email/text message with further instructions on how to proceed with the appointment! We look forward to seeing you!
Patients must be physically in the state of Washington on the day of their appointment to participate in the virtual visits.

If this is your first time logging in to the patient portal, please click on the 'New Sign Up' button to set your initial password.
A link will be sent to this email that will allow you to create a password and then sign on to the portal.
The portal will provide you access to your super-bills, treatment plans, billing information, and more; you will also be able to request future appointments through the portal.
